JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present petition is filed for seeking following reliefs:

(2.) Heard learned advocate Mr. Harsh Vyas appearing for learned advocate Mr. Dixa U. Pandya for the petitioners and learned advocate Mr. C.J. Vin for the corporation - respondent Nos.2 and 3 and learned AGP Mr. Meet Thakkar for the respondent state.

(3.) After arguing for some time, learned advocate Mr. Vyas is not pressing the present petition with a view to avail alternative remedy and to make appropriate representation before appropriate authority.
