(1.) On 23/11/2022, this Court has passed following order:-

(2.) As per the above order, a report dtd. 27/11/2022 is prepared by the Professor and Head of the Department, Pandit Dindayal Upadhyay Medical College & Hospital, Rajkot, which is taken on record. From the said report, it is evident that the victim is having 26 weeks and one day pregnancy.

(3.) Rule. Learned APP waives service of rule for and on behalf of the respondent-State.
