JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned advocate Ms.PJ Davawala for the applicant.

(2.) Learned advocate Ms.PJ Davawala for Official Liquidator submitted that this Court vide order dtd. 30/9/1983 passed in Company Petition No.59 of 1983 appointed the Official Liquidator as Liquidator of the Company Liquidation.

(3.) This Court by order dtd. 27/7/1999 passed in Company Application NO.124 of 1999 with Company Application No.250 of 1999 confirmed the sale of assets and properties of the Company in liquidation.
