JUDGEMENT

(1.) By way of this writ-application the writ-applicant is challenging the order dtd. 23/5/2018 passed by the Joint Charity Commissioner, Ahmedabad in Misc. Application No.25 of 2018 at Ex.18.

Paneri, the learned advocate appearing for the respondent No.2, Mr. J. A. Adeshra, the learned advocate appearing for the respondents No.6 and 8 and Mr. Mrugesh Jani, the learned advocate appearing for the respodnents No.4, 5, 7, 9 and 10.
