JUDGEMENT

(1.) This application is filed under Sec. 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for appropriate direction to release the passport of the applicant, which is deposited before the Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Ahmedabad, in respect to the offence being C.R.No.11191022220649/2022 registered at Isanpur Police Station, Ahmedabad.

(2.) This Court has heard learned counsel for the applicant Mr.C.B.Dastoor and learned APP for the State Mr. Shah.

(3.) Rule. Ld. APP waives Rule for the respondent State.
