JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present writ application has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following reliefs:-

(2.) Learned advocate Mr.Jit Patel appearing for the writ-applicants submitted that the writ- applicant will prefer fresh application before the Joint Charity Commissioner.

(3.) In view of above, learned advocate Mr.Patel does not press the present writ application.
