JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Shri Manish Patel, learned advocate for the applicants, Shri Dhruraj M. Rana, learned advocate for the original complainant and Ms. Krina Calla, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, for the respondent - State.

(2.) Shri Manish Patel, learned advocate for the applicants, submitted that so far as applicant no.2 - Mamamd Sumar Kumbhar is concerned, he has already been enlarged on bail by coordinate Bench of this Court, and therefore, he seeks permission to withdraw this application qua him.

(3.) The present application is taken up for hearing qua applicant no.1 - Husen Sumar Kumbhar.
