JUDGEMENT

(1.) Rule. Learned AGP waives service of rule on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 4 and learned advocate Ms. Palak Jadeja appearing for Mr. Y.V. Shah waives service of rule on behalf of respondent No.5. With the consent of learned advocates appearing for the respective parties, the present petition is taken up for final disopsal today itself.
