JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned Assistant Government Pleader Mr. Meet Thakkar for the appellant, learned advocates Mr.Raj Trivedi and learned advocate Mr. Kamlesh Sheth for the respective respondents through video conference.

(2.) Initially, the Court, being of the primafacie opinion that the appeals involve limited issue and all appeals can be decided at the threshold, issued Notice to the claimants for final disposal.

(3.) On hearing the claimants, certain other aspects emerged and that therefore, the order dated 13.3.2019 came to be passed. At that stage also, it appeared that on certain broad premise, the appeals can be finally decided.
