JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is an application for Regular Bail.

(2.) The petitioner is the 4th accused in Crime No.308/2022 of Nattukkal Police Station, Palakkad district alleging commission of offences punishable under Sec. 22(b) and 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

(3.) The prosecution allegation is that, On 2/7/2022 at 15.15 hours in Room No.210 in paramount Lodge, Karingalanthani, the accused Nos.1 to 4 were found in possession of 7.530 grams of MDMA a narcotic drug for sale and thereby committed the above mentioned offences.
