JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is an application for regular bail

(2.) The Petitioner is the sole accused in Crime No.1078/2022 of Kattappana Police Station, Idukki District alleging commission of offences punishable under Ss. 394, 324, 308 of the Indian Penal Code.

(3.) The appellation against the petitioner is that on 26/8/2022 at about 10.00 P.M, owing to the previous animosity the petitioner smashed twice on the de facto complainant's head with a bear bottle as a result of which the de facto complainant suffered serious injuries.
