JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE petitioner has completed her B.Tech Degree Course (Information Technology) in 2010 at Jyothi Engineering College, Cheruthuruthy, Thrissur. The petitioner appeared for her Sixth Semester (Regular) Examination in June, 2009 and passed all papers except paper 2 "Database Management System". The petitioner had passed all her previous Semesters in the first attempt itself and Ext.P1 is the statement of marks issued by the University. The petitioner applied for a revaluation of the above paper. Herein, the prayer is for a direction to the University to complete the process of revaluation and inform the result to the petitioner within a stipulated time.

(2.) HEARD learned Standing Counsel for the University. It is submitted that sufficient time may be granted to complete the revaluation and inform the result to the petitioner. There will be a direction to the University to complete the revaluation and inform the result to the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, if the application and the payment of fee are in order and if the petitioner has complied with all other formalities.
