(2.) THIS application under section 20 of the Arbitration Act, 1940, has been filed by the Motor and General Finance Ltd. (the petitioner) against S/Shri Dwarika Nath Upadhyay, Ram Narayan Ojha and Ajit Kumar Mishra (hereinafter to be jointly referred as the respondents and severally as respondents No. 1 to 3 respectively). The case of the petitioner is as under :
