JUDGEMENT

(1.) These are two appeals reflected as connected to each other as M.F.A.No.953/2010 and M.F.A.No.5785/2009 both are preferred by the Insurance Companies. They are directed against the judgment and award passed in respect of claim petitions filed before the Tribunal.
