(1.) Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the first and third respondents and learned counsel appearing for the fourth and fifth respondents.
(2.) By the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the matter is taken up for final disposal.
(3.) The challenge in this writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is to the order dated 22nd April 2015 passed by the second respondent, the learned Lokayukta, State of Karnataka. The operative portion of the said order reads thus:-
