JUDGEMENT

(1.) This writ appeal is filed challenging order dated 21.11.2016 passed by the Hon'ble Single Judge dismissing W.P.No.48987/2016.

(2.) For the sake of convenience, the parties shall be referred to as per their status in the writ petition.

(3.) We have heard Smt. Maitreyi Kirshnan, learned Counsel for appellant and Shri Arun Srikumar, learned Counsel for the respondent.
