(1.) THESE appeals are filed by KSRTC for reduction of compensation.

(2.) I have heard Sri K.Nagaraja, learned counsel for KSRTC and Sri Sumanth L.Bharadwaj, learned counsel for claimants.

(3.) THE learned counsel for KSRTC would submit that the findings of Tribunal on the issues of negligence and liability of KSRTC have attained finality. Therefore, the only question that would arise for consideration in these appeals is: -
