JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner is before this Court calling in question order dtd. 20/7/2022 passed by the LXX Additional City Civil and Sessions Judge and Special Judge, Bangalore in Special Case No.217 of 2021 on an application filed by the petitioner/accused No.3 under Sec. 227 of the CrPC seeking his discharge from the array of accused.

(2.) Heard Sri Sandesh J.Chouta, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner and Smt. K.P.Yashodha, learned High Court Government Pleader appearing for respondent No.1.
