JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner had filed O.S.No.130/2015 seeking for a declaration of title and also for a decree of injunction.

(2.) In the said suit, an order of temporary injunction was sought. After hearing the parties, the Trial Court proceeded to reject the said application.

(3.) As against the said rejection, an appeal was preferred and the said appeal was also dismissed.
