(1.) The petitioners are grieving against non- consideration of their multiple complaints filed during the period between 8/6/2022 and 3/8/2022, copies of which avail at Annexure-A & E.
(2.) Learned counsel for the petitioners highlights the difficulty to which his clients have been put to, despite they having obtained an order of temporary injunction at the hands of the jurisdictional civil court in their Civil Suit in O.S.No.4889/2022
(3.) Learned AGA on request appears for official respondent Nos.1 & 2; notice to private respondents is dispensed with since no coercive orders are being passed by this Court. Learned AGA opposes the petition contending that whether a complaint should be registered or not, essentially is a matter pertaining to the domain of Investigating Officer and therefore, ordinarily, the writ courts should not grant indulgence. Having so contended, he graciously agrees to instruct his client to look into the complaints of the petitioner in accordance with law and in a time bound manner, keeping in view the observations of the Apex Court in Lalitha Kumari V. State of Uttar Pradesh (2014) 2 SCC 1. This is a fair assurance.
