(1.) ONE Jospeh Devu, filed O.S 176/1976 in the Court of Civil Judge, Bangalore City, to pass a judgment and decree against the Defendants for:

(2.) THE suit was contested by the 1st Defendant, who filed written statement dated. 08.02.1977, which was adopted by Defendants 2, 3 and 4. The 7th Defendant fifed separate written statement dated 15.06.1977. Issues were framed on 18.08.1977. The suit was posted for evidence, The Plaintiff and counsel having remained continuously absent, the suit was dismissed for default with costs on 22.03.1979.
