JUDGEMENT

(1.) IN view of the fact that the proprietor of the Respondent -Company has since died, we do not think that we can interfere with the matter. However, the view expressed by the learned Judge of the High Court in the matter is clearly illegal and it is not a good law. The S.L.P. is accordingly disposed of.
