JUDGEMENT

(1.) The Appeal is dismissed in terms of the signed order.

(2.) Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

(3.) The present Appeal is directed against the impugned judgment of the Division Bench of the Calcutta High Court dated 14th February, 2006 by which the High Court affirmed the conviction and sentence awarded by the learned trial court. The Appellant was charged for offences under Sections 302, 364, 120B and 201 of the Indian Penal Code.
