JUDGEMENT

(1.) This appeal is directed against the judgment and order of conviction and sentence dated 19.12.2000 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Simdega, in Sessions Trial No. 268 of 1996 whereby the Appellants have been convicted and sentenced to undergo imprisonment for life under Section 302/34 IPC.
