JUDGEMENT

(1.)This appeal has been instituted against Judgment dated 8.5.2015 rendered by learned Additional District Judge, Chamba, District Chamba, Himachal Pradesh in HMA No. 32/12/11.
(2.)"Key facts" necessary for the adjudication of the present appeal are that appellant has instituted a petition under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act against the respondent for dissolution of marriage. Marriage between the parties was solemnised in the month of November, 1988 according to the Hindu rites and customs. A male child Ishwar Dass was borne in the year 1994. Initially behaviour of the respondent was cordial with the appellant for abut 4-5 years. Thereafter, her behaviour changed towards the appellant and his family members. Appellant was working in Indian Army. When he used to come to his house, then respondent used to leave the house without any reason. Respondent is a hot tampered lady and never looked after the parents of appellant. Respondent demanded the entire salary of the appellant. Respondent always wanted to have a separate accommodation. Respondent left the house of the appellant in the month of April 2001. She also lodged false complaint against appellant and two brothers in April, 2001 under Section 498 and 323 IPC. Appellant and his family members were acquitted by JMIC Dalhausie vide judgment dated 21.2.2011. She filed an application under Section 125 CrPC. Respondent contested the petition. According to her, appellant changed his behaviour towards respondent and maltreated and harassed her under one pretext or the other. She was force to file case against appellant and his family members under Section 498 and 323 IPC. Rejoinder was filed by the appellant. Issues were framed by learned trial Court on 16.11.2011. He dismissed the petition on 8.5.2015. Hence, this petition.
(3.)Mr. Nimish Gupta, Advocate, has vehemently argued that the respondent has deserted the appellant and has filed false cases against him and his family members under Section 498 and 323 IPC.
