(1.)Challenge in this second appeal is made to the judgment and decree dated 06.08.2003 passed in A.S.No.7 of 2002 on the file of the Principal Subordinate Court, Gobichettipalayam reversing the judgment and decree dated 24.09.2001 passed in O.S.No.22 of 1999 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Gobichettipalayam.
