JUDGEMENT

T.RAVINDRAN,J. - (1.)The writ petition in W. P. (MD) No. 1102 of 2020 has been preferred to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to conduct the consecration ceremony of Thanjai Peruvudaiyar Temple also known as Brihadeeswarar Temple in Tamil Language, on 05. 02. 2020, in accordance with law.
(2.)The writ petition in W. P. (MD) No. 1126 of 2020 has been laid to issue a writ of mandamus directing the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 26. 12. 2019 and further, to direct the third respondent to conduct the consecration function of Arulmigu Peruvudaiyar Temple, Thanjavur, by following and chanting Tamil Saivate Aahamam (Thevaram and Thiruvasaham).
(3.)The writ petition in W. P. (MD) No. 1644 of 2020 has been filed to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to conduct the Kumbabhishegam / Kudamuzhukku and all functions of Thanjai Peruvudaiyar Kovil / Brihadeeswarar Temple permanently in Tamil language in future, and also on 05. 02. 2020, only in Tamil language by the Tamil Archagars.
