(3.)This is an appeal filed against the judgment and order of the High Court of Judicature at Bombay dated 24th of March, 2004 whereby the said High Court dismissed the criminal writ petition filed by the appellant herein challenging the detention of his brother Rajinder Nirula made under Section 3(1) of the Conservation of Foreign Exchange and Prevention of Smuggling Activities Act, 1974.
