K.SAMPATH, J. - (1.) The opposite party in O.P. No. 339of 2001 on the file of the District Forum, Chennai (South) is the appellant herein.
(2.) The complaint before the District Forum was taken on file on 10/07/2001 and notice was issued to the opposite party to appear before the Forum on 03/08/2001. After receipt of the notice, the opposite party did not attend the District Forum on 03/08/2001. The opposite party was called absent and set exparte on 09/08/2001. Thereafter the District Forum passed the final orders on the basis of the available materials.
(3.) It is as against that the present appeal has been filed.;
