M.THANIKACHALAM, J. - (1.) All the appellants in F.A.225/2010, F.A.232/2010 and F.A.323/2011 are all the opposite parties, in C.C.12/2007, C.C.13/2007 and F.C.71/2010 respectively.
(2.) This order shall dispose all the above three appeals.
