M.THANIKACHALAM, J. - (1.) The opposite party and the complainant in C.C.16/2006 are the appellants in F.A.342/2010 and F.A.451/2010 respectively.
(2.) The first opposite party in C.C.14/2004 is the appellant in F.A.438/2010.
(3.) This order shall dispose all the above three appeals.;
