Anubha Rawat Choudhary, J. - (1.) Heard Mr. Rajendra Kumar Sinha, counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner along with Mr. Amit Sinha, Advocate.
(2.) Counsel for the State is present.
(3.) This petition has been filed for the following relief: - "for quashing the entire criminal proceeding in connection with R.C. Case No. 17 (S) of 2013-R dated 6.8.2013 registered for committing an offence punishable under Sections 406, 420 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, including the order dated 26.11.2014, whereby and whereunder, learned Special Judge, C.B.I. has been pleased to find prima facie case made out against the petitioner and take cognizance for the offence punishable under Section 120B read with Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 13 (2) read with Section 13 (1) (d) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, now the case is pending in the Court of Sri Satya Prakash No. 2, learned Special Judge, C.B.I., Ranchi.";
