(3.) This petition has been filed for the following relief: - "for quashing the entire criminal proceeding in connection with R.C. Case No. 09(S) of 2013-R registered for committing an offence punishable under Sections 120B, 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, including the order dated 20.08.2014 whereby and whereunder, learned Special Judicial Incharge, C.B.I., Ranchi has been pleased to find prima facie case made out against the petitioner and take cognizance for the offence punishable under Section 120B read with Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 13(2) read with Section 13 (1) (d) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, now the case is pending in the court of Sri R. K. Choudhary, learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistratecum-Special Judicial Magistrate, C.B.I. Cases, Ranchi.";
