This writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs: "(a) For issuance of appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions directing the respondents to make payment of the admitted dues to the tune of Rs. 18,86,829/- to the petitioner against the agreement bearing No. 09/2012- 13 entered into on 25/08/2012 and work order was issued vide memo No. 346/Zp dated 25/08/2012 for Purandar Nala Part-1 (Sukrubasini to Kelabari) under Block- Barharwa, District- Sahibganj (Gr. 46). (b) For direction upon the respondents to make payment of the above admitted dues to the petitioner with a penal interest at the rate of 18% per annum.";
