This Arbitration Appeal No. 04 of 2006 has been filed against judgment dated 30.08.2005 and decree signed on 12.09.2005 in Title (Arbitration) Suit No. 54 of 1985 passed by learned Sub-Judge-II, Dhanbad, whereby the appellant's objection under Sections 30 and 33 of the Arbitration Act, 1940 has been rejected and the arbitral award has been made the rule of the Court.;
