This writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- "That in the instant writ application the petitioners pray for grant of an appropriate writ in the nature of Certiorari or an order or direction for quashing an order dated 11/4/2016 passed by learned District Judge-VII, Palamau in Partition Appeal No. 44 of 2005 (Annexure-7) whereby and whereunder the prayer of the appellants through their petition dated 2/1/2016 (Annexure-5) made under Order 1 Rule 10(2) read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure has been rejected and for any other appropriate writ or order or direction as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper.";
