JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. Binod Singh, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Mr. Sanjoy Piprawal, the learned counsel appearing
on behalf of respondent- Jharkhand Public Service Commission
(JPSC).
(2.) The petitioners have preferred these writ petitions for quashing the result dated 12.02.2014 of 5th Combined Civil Services
(P.T) Examination held on 15.12.2013 and for quashing the Memo
No.2/Exam/JPSC/58/2013/1351 dated 01.04.2014 passed by the
respondent no.2 whereby the result with regard to the petitioners has
been denied.
(3.) Mr. Binod Singh, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that in view of the Advertisement No.6/2013 issued
by Jharkhand Public Service Commission, the petitioners applied for
5th Combined Civil Services (P.T) Examination, 2013. He submits that the Admit Cards were issued to the petitioners. The petitioners
appeared in the examination and filled up the OMR sheets. Mr. Singh,
the learned counsel submits that although the petitioners have filled up
the OMR sheets correctly and correctly filled the bubble against the
subject-code and other details and inspite of that the petitioners' OMR
sheets were rejected. He further submits that the case of the petitioners
can be manually evaluated and in that view of the matter the JPSC has
committed a wrong and the writ petitions are fit to be allowed.;
