THIS matter had been referred to the Full Bench by order dated 8.11.2006, wherein it was directed to post this matter along with the similar matters pending before the Full Bench of this Court after obtaining permission from the Hon'ble Chief Justice. 2007(4) JLJR 36 (Baidyanath Singh VS. The State of Jharkhand and Ors.).
(2.) THIS matter, on the aforesaid point, had also been referred to the Full Bench since a similar question, as was involved in the other matters, was pending at that time before another Full Bench. Now that the earlier matter has already been decided, question does not arise for deciding the same controversy by another Full Bench, which is the present one. 2007(4) JLJR 36 (Baidyanath Singh VS. The State of Jharkhand and Ors.). The reference is disposed of accordingly.;
