JUDGEMENT

- (1.) The petitioner has sought the following relief(s): a) To issue appropriate writ, order or direction on the concerned respondents to pay arrears of salary to the petitioner, which have been accrued due to grant of Super Selection Grade to the petitioner with effect from 1.4.1993; b) To issue further appropriate writ, order or direction o the concerned respondents to pay his retiral benefits including pension on the basis of Super Selection Grade, which had already been granted to the petitioner; and c) Any other relief or reliefs as this court may deem fit and proper for which the petitioner is very much entitled under the facts and circumstances of the case.
(2.) In substance, the petitioner is seeking the arrears of salary due towards the respondents which is accrued due to grant of Super Selection Grade to the petitioner with effect from 1.4.1993 and he has superannuated on 21.1.1999 and thereafter he has not been given the retiral benefits. The petitioner has made several representations (annexure-3 to the writ petition) before the concerned respondents to redress his grievances as stated in the petition. It is not disputed that the said representation is pending before the Respondent No.3.
(3.) It would be just and proper to directed the petitioner to file a fresh representation before Respondent No.3 along with a copy of the order of this court within a period of one month and respondent No.3 will dispose of the representation of the petitioner expeditiously preferably within a period of four months from the date of the presentation of the representation before him. This petition is disposed of. No order as to cost.;
