R.R. Prasad, J. - (1.) When the case was called out it was stated that, in fact, the case has been posted for today but in the order dated 28.5.2009 the next date fixed has wrongly been recorded as 26th July, 2009.
(2.) In that view of the matter, the case was taken up today.
(3.) Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing for the CBI.;
