- (1.) In this writ petition, the petitioner prays for a direction to the respondents to grant him promotion to the post of Assistant Director w.e.f. 29.03.2001 with all consequential benefits.
(2.) Several facts and points has been raised in this writ petition in order to substantiate his claim but in my view, the claim of the petitioner has to be firstly scrutinised and determined by the concerned Department of the Government of Jharkhand.
(3.) According to the petitioner, he filed a detailed representation as contained in Annexure-5 before the Chief Engineer, Central Design Organisation, Road Construction Department, (Respondent No. 4) but no order on his representation has been filed as yet.;
