Shree Chandrashekhar, J. - (1.) Supplementary counter-affidavit dated 14.05.2018 filed on behalf of respondent no. 4 is taken on record.

In this affidavit it is stated that in the light of decision taken by the District Education Establishment Committee in its meeting held on 11.05.2018, the District Superintendent of Education, Simdega has issued office order dated 12.05.2018 pursuant to which the petitioner has submitted his joining.
(3.) In view of order dated 30.04.2018 pursuant to which the respondents have reinstated the petitioner in service, the impugned order dated 04.10.2016 stands quashed.;
