Anubha Rawat Choudhary, J. - (1.) Heard Mr. Manjul Prasad, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners.
(2.) Heard Mr. Kumar Nilesh, counsel appearing on behalf of the private respondents. In these writ petitions common issues are involved and similar prayers have been made. The petitioner in all these writ petitions is the same , who is the land lord of the property which has been rented to the respective private respondents in each case.
(3.) From perusal of the records of this case it appears that different petitions were filed by the private respondent of the each writ petition for fixation of fair rent, thereafter appeal and revision was also filed whose details are as follows:-;
