This writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs: "For obtaining direction upon respondents specifically respondent No. 3 to issue forthwith the separate (Vibhajit) sanctioned Rehabilitation Family development Book (PURNAWASIT PARIVAR VIKASH PUSTIKA) in the name of the petitioner on the basis of the report dt. 23.09.2006 submitted by the Enquiry Officer (Annexure-4) but till today inspite of filing all requisite papers and required certificates as well as filing representation before the respondent No. 3, the separate Rehabilitation Family Development Book has not been issued, hence this writ is being preferred in the interest of Justice after seeking no option left.";
