This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the order dated 26.08.2017, as contained in Annexure-4 to the writ petition passed by the Principal District Judge, Bokaro, in Title Appeal No. 33 of 2007, whereby the petition dated 04.08.2017 filed by the petitioner has been rejected.;
