(2.) The supplementary affidavit filed by the petitioner is being taken on record.
(3.) Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that all the defects have been removed except filing of certified copy of the impugned order and he has filed a petition for ignoring this defect by stating that in spite of application for certified copy of the order before the Respondent No. 1 it has not been issued to the petitioner.;
