CHANDRASHEKHAR, J. - (1.) The petitioners are seeking a direction for their appointment on the post of Driver (Constable).

(3.) By Advertisement No.01/2010 applications were invited for appointment to the post of Driver (Constable) between 15.02.2010 to 25.02.2010. The petitioners are applicants from Hazaribagh district under OBC (Non-Homeguard) category, from where 47 vacancies were invited. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners having qualified in all the tests were duly selected, however, petitioner no.2 has finally not been appointed and petitioner no.1 who was provisionally appointed, has been dismissed vide order dated 01.10.2010.;
