Rongon Mukhopadhyay, J. - (1.) This interlocutory application has been preferred by the petitioners for deleting the name of O.P. No. 2 and inserting the name of the informant i.e. Daisy Hansda.
(2.) It appears that due to inadvertence, husband of the informant has been made as O.P. No. 2. In such view of the matter, in the cause title of the main application, name of O.P. No. 2 be deleted and the name of the informant-Daisy Hansda be inserted.
(3.) I.A. No. 5338 of 2017 is disposed of. I.A. No. 8948 of 2017;
