- (1.) Pursuant to order 16.09.2016, both the petitioners namely Prem Kumar Das and Rita Devi and also informant-Sarojini Devi alongwith her husband Shambhu Das are physically present before this court.
(2.) Possibility of reconciliation between the parties through the process of mediation is explored in presence of the parties.
(3.) It appears that petitioner no.1 Prem Kumar Das is son of Shambhu Das and petitioner no.2, Rita Devi is Samdhin of O.P. No. 2. It further appears that said Shambhu Das, husband of O.P. No. 2 and Anil Das, husband of petitioner no. 2 has been granted regular bail by the trial court .;
