(2.) This appeal at the instance of the claimants-appellants is for enhancement of compensation. The deceased was 19 years old and said to be a student. The Tribunal awarded a sum of Rs. 1,20,000/- as compensation considering the fact that the claimants are the parents.
(3.) In our view, the compensation amount can not and shall not be less than Rs. 2 lacs as submitted by Mr. Lall, learned Counsel appearing for the appellants.;
